Shane began his Real Estate career in the Los Angeles San Fernando Valley. In 1999 he moved to the wonderful community of Idyllwild and purchased the long established Real Estate Company, Hilltop Realty. He updated, improved and expanded the company to include three offices. In 2002 he sold Hilltop Realty to Coldwell Banker and remained on as the office manager. In early 2005 Shane decided to leave Coldwell Banker and the Corporate US structure and purchased the most successful and largest Real Estate Company in Idyllwild, "Idyllwild Realty”. Currently Idyllwild Realty operates three convenient downtown locations with five brokers and twenty agents., a full time Office Manager/Marketing/Technical Director to serve the needs of the most discriminating buyers and sellers for our exceptional mountain community . Shane is also a licensed general contractor and has renovated many properties in Idyllwild, Pine Cove, Mountain Center and the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles and continues to do so. The commute to Los Angeles is made speedily and enjoyable since Shane is a private pilot and a member of A.O.P.A. |

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A "Hill" resident since 1984, Larry moved from the San Fernando Valley to Mountain Center with his wife, Suzanne, and the first two of their four children in search of a more family friendly and rural environment. Sensing a commercial need on the mountain, the Bischof's started a family business, Harmony Farms: a feed store and seasonal garden nursery, catering to the requirements of local animal lovers and gardeners alike. Founding member of Hill Mac, Little League and basketball coach and Sunday School teacher, Larry has always been committed to the community in word and deed. A thirty year veteran and award-winning motion picture and television screenwriter who has worked with the likes of Bill Cosby, Dick Clark and Michael Landon (to drop just a few names), Larry recently retired from the entertainment industry to pursue other passions, including real estate investing. Given an opportunity by broker Shane Stewart of Hilltop Realty to become a licensed real estate agent, Larry seized the moment and is now dedicated to serving the needs of his clients.
